History in the Making

Talk about a BEAUTIFUL woman!
In her Jason Wu gown, Michelle Obama was a vision of beauty, class, and style last
night to celebrate her husband, her family, and her country!

President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama were a vision of modernism, sexiness, and style as they danced to "At Last" the Etta James classic, as sung by Beyonce (who looked pretty darn good herself!)

The First Couple was a picture of pride and style and they swayed in two-step to the words that not only ended their two year long bid for the Presidency, but also started the culmination of events that would end their weekend long celebration!

Today...it's time to go to work!

Home Style: Velvet Sofas

I will be moving soon, and at least one piece of seating in my living room must be made of velvet. The smooth and luxurious fabric brings a little "Hollywood" glamour into your space, unlike any other! Plus, it is easy to care for and usually comes in a bunch of fun styles and colors to suit your taste. Here are a look at some of my faves!

The Haute House New Orleans Velvet Sofa
Black velvet sofa features ruched detailing, tufted back and base, two large throw pillows, maple legs, and hardwood frame.

Jayson Home Landau Sofa
